BRICK – On April 3, Mayor Ducey had the honor of attending an awards ceremony honoring the students who won the Brick Elks Americanism Essay Contest. Every year the Elks Americanism Committee sponsors an essay contest at the elementary and middle school level to help promote the idea of love for our country.
This year, six students from Saint Dominic School won at the local level and were chosen to go on to the District Level. Valerie Astralaga received 2nd place at the district level. Congratulations to all!
